Gentle Classes are open to anyone seeking time to heal. The postures in these classes will allow students to stay longer in each pose and usually maintain a steady breath and heart rate.
All Level Classes begin with a short meditation and move into a warm-up to heat and loosen the muscles. Warm-up is followed by postures based on student ability. In most settings, multiple options will be given to accommodate various student levels. Class ends with savasana and a short closing meditation.
